On July 19, 2011 the Virginia Council on Higher Education voted unanimously to approve the certification of the Ignite Academy to operate as an extension campus of LIFE Pacific College at CrossPointe in Christiansburg, VA.  In a nutshell what this means is: the college classes offered at Ignite are governed by LPC, taught by LPC adjunct faculty, accredited through LPC with federal financial aid being made available to interested students.

To apply for financial aid, students must have an updated FAFSA file by going to www.fafsa.gov.  When given the opportunity in the file process, select LIFE Pacific College (code #016029).  Then WAIT for the financial office to contact you in the next couple of weeks.  DO NOT contact LPC Financial Aid office.

As of July 21, 2011 there are only 10 spaces available for incoming students for the fall semester.  In the next few days it is anticipated that all space will be filled and a waiting list will be created.
